Hormonal Imbalances

I have thyroid. Last time in July when checked TSH was 8.87 and started taking 50mcg. Now again rechecked my thyroid, TSH is 4.50... shall I continue my same 50mcg dosage ?

Sir,I have type 2 diabetes. HB1c-8.5 Taking following medicines GlimpMP1(twice a day) Teneligliptin 20mg(ones a day) from last one month which has lowered my blood sugar upto normal level but facing other side effects... Weight gain(5/7 kg in a month,everyday 400/500 gms gaining) Seveare body pain,all joints and muscular pain,blurred vision,anxiety,upset stomach,burning sensation in urine and frequent urination. Besides these my blood sugar level is now 107 fasting/ 150(post lunch) and 110/120 before dinner. Sir,There are two medicines prescribed to me in the past name Zomelis-50 Doaband-MR 60 The result of these two medicines were very good I feel very good while taking these medicines. But now both of above medicines stoped. Now my doctor advised me TENEZING-M 500(TWICE) SIR,PLEASE let me know if I can include Doaband-MR60.tablet and Zomelis 50 mg tablets? What would be dose? With which medicines? My HBA1c is 8.5 GLIMEPIRIDE -1(TWICE)

20 year diabetic patients with sleeping problem and urination. Now having a sleeping problem also mentally disturbed

I am 31 yrs old... Recently diagnosed with prediabetic conditions, Pcod history . My hba1ç is 5.7, my sugars are normal after 2 hrs of each meal say breakfast , lunch and dinner, unless i eat high carb diet. But even though night sugars are low, morning fasting are high, 120-150. Quite worrying... I know it's rebound hyperglycemia or dawns phenomenon. But need to know how to overcome this... Does it mean I am diabetic

My mom is experiencing double and blurry vision on one eye. She has type 2 diabetes since last two years and taking insulin injections twice a day with medication. Her bp levels are sometimes on higher side but now they are under control since few weeks. Her sugar levels are almost normal (127), how should we go about it. She is putting eyedrops for few days to normalise her eyesight but it's not much relief.

Can restless leg syndrome and  lower back pain be a symptom of secondary hypothyroidism? Along with tiredness and fatigue.

I have been operated for brain tumour surgery in february 2015, post which I am taking medicine but my bones are weeking and I do not feel energetic. I want to stop side effects of medicine on bones and want my hormonal imbalance issue to be solved. I have thyroid also. Got hid replacement in 2018 due to side effects of medicine and other side hip area bone are showing weeking. I am aged 23 should I live normal life and start searching for job will I be able to perform 9 hours duty. will I have smooth future life with all these issues.

I am vulnerable to cold very quickly which makes my life sucks. How it can be treated to my life normal.
