Hormonal Imbalances

The fbs was 110 and ppbs was 255 few days ago.but now it increased rapidly to fbs 276 and ppbs 452.He had little bit high creatinine and Cholesterol.pls help this sort out.pls give some medication.also he had paralysis on his left side but now little recovered.

20 Aug my father was COVID-19 positive and also diagnosed with type 2 diabetes . Now he has controlled sugar and take half glycomet GP-1 before first meal but his legs pain during night when he goes to sleep and also sleeps for less hours.
