Low Blood sugar level
My father is a diabetic patient. He takes regular medicine for that. His sugar level gone down below 40 last week. We rushed him to a hospital where doctor suggested us to feed him sweets or chocolate. Thanks to God he recovered but now his sugar level fluctuate everyday and HB is 10.He also feels weakness. Please suggest me what to do

Hypoglycemia can occur due to many reasons but most commonly when there is mismatch between food intake and medicines which is prescribed. So if Hypoglycemia has occurred rarely due missed/ delayed meals can b corrected by regular meals. If it’s happening regularly then need to step down on the medicines. So need more information about medicines and doses kindly consult.
