Blood sugar level
My blood glucose level is 155 at fasting and 139 ,2 hours after meal. Why my fasting sugar is higher than after meal.
I did the test twice one day it was 200 after 4 days 155 ,both fasting.

I can understand your concern.
What's your HbA1c levels?
What medications are you on?
Where did you get the test done?
If done at home using a glucometer, the values may be inaccurate.
Consult a diabetologist in person for further evaluation and management.
