Hb1ac and random blood sugar
I want to know though random blood sugar values taken at different times of day on different days is taken, it is not more than 130 and most of the time it is 95. However the hb1ac value is showing as 6. I want to know what is the most accurate value. Is it possible to plan better to bring hb1ac to less than 5.7

HbA1c 6% suggest prediabetic range or impaired glucose tolerance. To confirm this you can do 75gm OGTT test.
Yes you can bring it down below 5.7% at this stage with lifestyle modification with diet, exercise and weight loss.
