Hormonal Imbalances

I have been prescribed (by gynac) metformin 850 twice a day in 2017, when my hba1c was 11. Since then it has been under 6 or 7. I have not been to any other doctor because I am afraid of insulin and afraid for living with building up insulin dose. I want to conceive but have been told that diabetic patients don't have Normal babies. Also my husband has a transferable job so I haven't been able to hold on to a doctor. I am currently in district headquarters of Maharashtra.

Respected sir, / madam, My father 58 yrs old and he is suffering from cellulitis skin on leg. And also diabetes pp increase last 5 days fasting 232, pp 332. But my family doctors advise medicine as given below - Amlovas AT for BP. Gulucorma PG1 forte for diabetes, Vobit 0.2 for diabetes. Tab cetil 500 mg for cellulitis Tab Azithral 500 mg Calpol 650 mg Pan D But some time fever come one time a day.. So Pls advise what will I do..

I am expecting 2months.. have history of deranged blood sugar levels in previous term.My fasting sugar in morning was 110 and after 2hours of eating shows 90.(checked on accucheck active). Stats checked around 13 days ago were normal. Fasting 74 , pp 102.(lab test) Is it normal??

I am taking thyronorm tab 25mg since lasr 4-5 years. I tested on 11.10.2020 and report as under T3      112.40 T4      7.88 TSH    5.240 Should i increase the dose of thyronorm tab? No sugar or any other problem.

My mother has hba1c 9 and her sugar levels are around 110+ for fasting and pp of around 230-240, should we be concerned

I am a diabetic patient and my sugar fasting level is a bit out of range. Taking medicines but still bit out of control.

Can i take zincovit as I am decreasing weight. So can i take zincovit tablet as I have diabetes . And also when can i take this tablet. Before or After food. Please advice.
