TSH level is 0.04...the main symptoms are i. Menstrual delay ii.dizziness iii.wt.loss. We consult today with a gyenocologist he suggest us that it's a thyroid problem and prescribed THYROX 50 mg. USG of lower abdomen is ok and prolactin is normal. The doctor asked me to consult with an endocrinologist. Pls help us.will my wife continue THYROX

I am a female aged 39 living in Thailand for last 2 years. I am detected with subclinical hypothyroidism. The attached are the last three sets of test results over a period of 6 months followed by a recent antibody test. The reference levels are given in brackets which are standard for Thailand. As can be seen, the THS dropped below the upper limit in the second test on 25th May but again increased in the last test on 30th September. I am putting on weight, loosing hair, sleep for 10-11 hours a day and am feeling bouts of depression for last 8-9 months. The doctors here do not suggest any medicine for thyroid yet and suggest only to reduce weight and for a healthy lifestyle. I thought it would be better to consult an Indian specialist. Kindly suggest a treatment that I should undergo.

I have done FT4-1.22(normal) TSH From reputed laboratory found . 10.1 and 9.12 from different laboratory. My lipid profile : LDL 91 Triglycerides-412 I have problem 1. My diastolic bp goes up to in anxiety 120. 160/120..bp in home normal... But diastolic bp flactuate...Abpm normal metanephine , vma , echo normal renal artery doppler normal 2. I have fear issure and anxiety. Detouching from social. 3. Mild wt gain 72 to 76(ht 172) 4. Unable to concentrate in study? What should i do ...plz suggests. 😭😭😭

I had Hashimoto's thyroiditis with initial hyperthyroidism and then hypo... tsh 7 free T4 normal 1.1. Attaching reports . Is it still required to take Thyronorm and suffer unnecessary side erects or wait till I become euthyroid . I know if I started taking I'm not supposed to stop .

Hello doctor, Please let me know how to take care of my mother at home as from few days her sugars (which was FBS 154 and pp was 260 today) not getting in control even being on high insulin dose (42-0-35) Also she had taken a 7day course of Taximo 200mg to clear her infection. So how to immediately get her sugars under control at home is there any medicine which can be added like dapaglyn that in a while her sugars get in control as even her diet is on strict control.please help me with suggestions as I can't take her to hospital.
