High tsh lowered with pills
Hi i have had high tsh ( less than 10 ) from last 2 yrs while my t4,t3 ,free t4 and t3 are in range. I have no symptoms . My BMI is normal. When I had one month of contraceptive pills my tsh came in normal. Could u let me know if my tsh is high due to estrogen harmones and how I can fix without medicine ?

Estrogen have very slightly effects on thyroid, it can stimulates thyroid . Avoid cabbage , cauliflower etc.
if your TSH values are around 10, then u need to start hormonal therapy
