TSH is high but T3 and T4 is normal
I am gaining weight so thought this is might be thyroid problem because My father is thyroid issue. But now I am confused my T3 and T4 is normal only TSH is high what to do next

When TSH level is borderline high, most of the times T3, T4 levels are normal, especially in the early stages of Hypothyroidism. You should do Anti TPO antibody and then you may have to start thyroxine tablet.
