Diagnosed with pre- diabetes
My hba1c is 6.4 (December 2020) and FPG ranges between 125-145 mg/dl. PPG is 140-175 mg/dl.
Should I start medicines like Metformin or life style changes and diet is the first line treatment here?

For any diabetic lifestyle change is the first main treatment. Need to start exercise regularly maintain good diet and reduce weight if overweight. If still not controlled can start on medicines.
