Self diagnosed pre diabetes
Hi ,
Since last one month I am excessive dry mounth and urge to drink water is very frequent. I tested my glucose level at home and found it to be 119 fasting .My mother is diabetic. My weight is 82.7 and height is 5 ft 10 inches. Please suggest me ,so I can reverse the diabetes.

You need to maintain good diet need consult dietitian and exercise regularly maintain ideal weight. Reduce the stress and exercise regularly. Monitor sugars regularly.
