Ok so now diagnosed...jus take proper consultation for Diet Exercise Medicines Lifestyle modification is the key to to control your sugars If prediabetes yes definitely it can be reversed If proper diabetes then aim towards lesser medicines by putting efforts from your side on diet and exercise

Yes diabetes is not just medicines and report. U need to control ur diet and exercise which is most important to control sugars. Next important thing is need to reduce the weight if u are over weight side and reduce stress. So monitor sugars FBS PPBS and HBA1c.
