Diagnosed with pre diabetes
Hi Doctor, I have been diagnosed with pre diabetes with HbA1C of 6.4, and ABG of 137 and my fasting blood sugar value is 103.62. along with HS-CRP is 16.9. I had also done thyroid hormonal tests, which are normal. However I have Vit D deficiency too. I have started dieting and also taking supplements. My question is with regards to my delayed periods. My due date was on January 30th however till date there is no sign of periods, it's delayed. I am having spotting since 2 weeks but no proper periods. I am not pregnant. I want to know if my hormone and thyroid are normal still why there is delay in periods. And should I take any medicine to induce periods or I should wait till it comes naturally? . If I need to take medicines then please advice.
