Hi, I developed pre-diabetes during my pregnancy and now my baby is almost 3 years old. So I kept checking my sugar levels at home post delivery till date which came normal every time . However, I took just a random HB1AC test and it came to be 5.9%. Is that a concern?

It is pre diabetes. Brisk walk 30 minutes per day. Avoid oily foods and junk foods. Diabetic diet.
