Iam maintain diet
Morning empty stomach
Menthi powder half spoon with hot
water
Morning break fast 1 jowar roti
Ragi jawa after break fast 2 hours
Afternoon rice
Evening
I cup tea
Night jowar roti
Before slppe
I glass hot water with half spoon menthi powder
Is
Ok.

Continue healthy diet
Add more protein
Avoid sugar, jaggery, carbonated drinks, avoid fruit juices, bakery products and fried foods.
Start exercising
Strength training upto 180 minutes a week
It helps to built up muscle strength and prevent insulin resistance
Walk for 15 minutes after every meal.
Keep regular checks on HbA1C
Also need to rule out other causes of falsely high HbA1C like anaemia, blood disorders, alcohol intake.

Your diet plan is good...but what missing is Exercise..one of most negated aspect of Diabtes care .
So do daily Exercise for 45-60 minut.
Please also Do your cbc...bcz in case of infection for Anemia..Hba1c may be false.
& for treatment purpose always Fasting & post prandialsugar is must...so do it.

Firstly there is nothing called pre diabetes. It’s either you are diabetic or non diabetic. As per your reading you are non diabetic. Maintain good healthy lifestyle. That’s all is needed . Regular meals regularly exercise. Avoid carbs and fats have fibres in diet
