Hi, Could you suggest a diet for me as i have been advised that i am prediabetic. I need suggestions for diet and exercises too. Thank you

Your calorie intake depends on your BMI and activity level . For normal BMI and moderate activity calorie intake should be 35kcal/ kg body weight. See that your meal composed of 50-60% carbs 20% protein 10%fiber Avoid alcohol if at all not more than 1 peg( 60 ml ) Coming to workout 30-40 mints of moderate physical activity  without skipping for 2 consecutive days .
