My random sugar level found to be 176..when I consult doc for urticaria... although I have nt chcked my fasting sugar ...that mean I am a prediabetic???

Random sugar 176 is not specific test... U need to do FBS, PLBS and Hb1Ac test from laboratory for confirmation.
Fasting sugar between 100 to 125, PLBS 140 to 199 and Hb1Ac 5.7 to 6.4 comes under Prediabetic range...
