There is no set rules to never get because Diabetes is hereditary and genetic also. But below modifications can prevent Diabetes 1.Regular Exercise, staying active 2. Low BMI 3. Cut down sweet intake 4. Avoid Maida, Sugar, Butter, Rice etc. to limit calorie intake. 5. Low fat intake. 6. Avoid oily and fried items. 7. Avoid processed foods. 8. Low GI index foods.
