Iam testing my Rondom Sugar at evening 7:30 PM (I consume morning break fast, 2T and 1 coffee Afternoon meals. T at evening 4 PM) RBS is 100. It us normal or not? Iam not diabetic. How often check my Sugars. Pls suggest Regards.

I have strong family history of diabetes , my father and sister are recently diagnosed with type 2 diabetes . I am obese and advised to take following medicines 1. orlisis 120 mg half hour before lunch for 2 Months. 2. bonether 60k once a week for 4 weeks Also I am suffering from OCD and taking voxinix 100 mg twice , etilaam 0.25 twice , clonil 50mg , risdone 1mg , pepdal-d . My question is 1. Is orlisis safe to use and will not cause any harm such as tumor/cancer/ulcer in intestine,colon,liver, stomach etc in future ? 2. Is there any other harmful side effects of above medicines and is there any drug interaction ? Please help me as I am very worried and confused should I take these or not ???

Hello Dr. I had a miscarriage in 2013 since my thyroid was more. I was under medication for a year and it was under control. From then onwards, I am not able to concieve. I again got my thyroid tested yesterday. My TSH and T3 are normal and is 3.14 and 1.29 respectively. But my T4 seems high. It is 11.20. I eat less but I am gaining weight like anything and l am also having a lot of hairfall. I do not easily get sleep. Could you please explain me the scenario and suggest me medication. Also, I need to know if this is what is causing me problem in conceiving.

Since last week I am feeling like having dry mouth. I am also feeling like something getting touched behind uvula while swallowing saliva.. As well as. M having a little trouble to sleep. Also m having a little frequent urination.. I recently check my fbs, it came to 101 I did ppbs its 112, and hba1c is 5.1%. Can it be any infection or something? Please help me.

I was diagnosed with T2 in July (310 FBS & 370 PPBS) and then lost significant weight (16 kgs - 8 was lost by diabetes itself) to reverse diabetes's. My current FBS and PPBS (per lab) are 95 and 110 respectively. My question is whether my pancreas have started functioning properly. I did a test by eating 125 gram carbohydrates and below are the results: After 30 minutes: 111 After 1 hour: 123 After 1.5 hours: 117 After 2 hours: 107 Please confirm that glucose tolerance has gone back to normal.
