Hi doctor my mother has thyroid as suggested by the local doctor since last 5yrs, yesterday I tested without giving her medicine her TSH is 1.476. Can please suggest whether she should continue medicine or she should stop taking medicine.

Since more than 10 years, my father in law is having diabetes and in the recent findings his HbA1c was 10.3, which I think is quite high, where as his FBS is 263 and PP Glucose level is 340. Kindly guide.

Before two days he had surgery. At that time diabetes is in control. But after surgery doctor suggested only light food like dal-rice , khichdi. Now today diabetes is increased. How to control it. Please suggest. I am in very tension. Because it will affect on ruse of surgery area?

I just want to know one medicine combination prescribed by my doctor as my fasting - 126 and pp - 237.So Dr given RECLIMET/GLIZID M which is gliclazide(80mg) + metformin (500mg). And he asked me to take twice in a day . Is that medicine is safe to take. Or it's more powerful than GLYCOMET GP 0.5 (half tab) and volix 0.2.please let me know. I am little scared if has more power than suddenly increasing medicine may harm .

And went to one diabetic specialist near by and done with ECG and X Ray and Kidney functioning test and Liver functioning test and sugar test and blood test and urine test and doctor told us everything was fine but due to raise in sugar levels its effecting on Kidneys. Heart and everything was fine and no need to worry and gave medicines and insulin twice a day 18 and 12 units. From yesterday his hand was wounded were he take insulin. is it serious?

Suffering from high blood sugar. Regularly taking medicine. Presently bed ridden due to leg fracture and unable to do any physical activities. Last month FBS-137, PP-146. Presently FBS-172. Taking Voglinorm GM-2 before food two times. Vilpower 50mg after food two times.since last 2 months. Earlier sugar was decrease but at present bed ridden due to fracture and FBS increased.

Hello, My father-in-Law is 66 years old and he has type2 diabetes from 5+ years. His fasting sugar level was usually 300+ and he was on medication and not on insulin. Last month he got infected with corona virus. He is doing okay now but his sugar level pattern seems to have changed. Fasting is in the range 110-120 and sometimes after food is in the range 60-70.. could you please tell if this is something to be worried.
