Daily Vomiting & coughing

Asked for Male, 35 Years

My wife have hypothyroidism and taking THYRONORM 100 mg daily. She is coughing with soar throat and vomiting after dinner from last two days. She has acid reflux problem in the past also. Please suggest way for immediate relief and how to proceed further for proper diagnosis & treatment ?

If she has not done thyroid test recently can do it once. Rest all complaints are not associated with thyroid. Can take antacid and antiemetic for now for symptomatic relief
