Can i take thyronorm 24mcg and kanchnar guggul daily together or with an hour break? I was diagnosed of hypothyroidism this month.. and have started doing yoga and exercises daily and have also been taking thyronorm daily.

Thyroxine should be taken in empty stomach. Avoid drinking any liquids or solid foods at least half to one hour after this. Rose e thyroxine won't get absorbed.

U should avoid taking anything with thyroxin. If u want to take something take it after an hour of thyroxin tablet
