Thyronorm dose suggestion
My wife is 21 weeks pregnant. She had hypothyroidism at initial stage. At that time she had taken thyronorm 100 mcg. After 10 weeks of pregnancy, her tsh level was 9.2,so she took thyronorm 125 mcg for weekdays and thyronorm 150 mcg during oly weekend. After 14 weeks of pregnancy her tsh level is 1.52. Then she took thyronorm 125 mcg on 6 days in a week and thyronorm 150 mcg in Sunday only. Now after 21 weeks of pregnancy, her tsh level is 0.77 now. Now what is the dose we need to take? Can we cut 150 mcg thyronorm and continue with 125 mcg for all days or still need to be decreased to 100 mcg thyronorm? Please suggest
