My wife is pregnant and she was having tsh level is showing greater than 100. She had taken thyronorm 100 mcg continuously for 6 weeks in a row. Doctor asked us to come on 7th week to get blood tested. Is that fine to extend the dose till 7th week or it is must to take thyroid tests before 6th week? Will be any side effects taking 100 mcg dose continuously for 7 to 8 weeks?
