I am vulnerable to cold very quickly which makes my life sucks. How it can be treated to my life normal.

I weigh 85kilos. I had pcod but my reports are normal now, it doesn't show sign of pcos. But I'm unable to reduce weight further. Can I take glycomet 500mg daily once or is it harmful? Also is it true our body goes into stress if we workout more than one hour? It causes adverse effects like weight gain

I am on insulin. Novarapid before meal (12-2-8U) and levemir 10U at bedtime. I want to know if i travel by flight in this covid situation, is it ok. Unfortunately if i get impacted due to corona, can a diabetic be treated and recover from it?

I don't have diabetes. But a month back i had my blood sugar random test which was showing pre diabetes (159.2). Today i had my sugar fasting test which was 86.4 mg/dl. Tomorrow i am going to have a sugar test which is done after eating. A month back i stopped eating any kind of added sugar. I am taking sugar in form of fruits. But yes, yesterday before sleep i had very little jaggery with milk. So my question is What should i eat before tomorrow's test? Should i eat any kind of added sugar for more accuracy of test?

Iam non diabetic Iam test by sugars. FBS 86 RBS 100 ( At evening 7 PM  after consumes morning breakfast 2 T, Afternoon meals and evening Tea) How often check my Sugars . Pls suggest. Regards.
