Hormonal Imbalances

Hi, Recently I have taken blood glucose tests. Do I have Diabetes, what treatment should I take. My parents don't have any diabetic issues. Glucose Fasting (Plasma): 133, Glucose PP (Plasma): 169 Thanks in advance.

My mother age 66 ,weight 62 is  having thyroid since July 2014 and taking tablet thyronorm 87.5mcg since January 2020 before she used to take 50mcg but from Jan 2020 doctor increaed to 87.5mcg .now as per her latest report tsh yesterday is .79 which is normal then shall she reduce back to 50mcg or continue with 75mcg or 87.5mcg thyronorm tablet .

My TSH is very low so what I should avoid eating . And what should I eat more? For weight loss also pls suggest as I am hypothyroid patient

I had consulted a diabetologist as my glycosylated hb was 6.3 (pre diabetes), now reduced to 6.1 However he recommended not to take any medicine. Recently I consulted a gynecologist, who has prescribed Glycomet SR 500 for weight loss & pcos. Will I have to take the medicine for lifetime if I start taking it. My insulin & fasting, PP blood glucose, fsh, lh are normal. I have hypothyroidism, facial hair, dark patches on neck, armpits. Weight: 90, height: 5'4"

My father of age 50 yrs diabetic is nowadays feeling so uneasy and weaker. His BP is fluctuating since 1 month. Even though bp level goes to 150/86 or 140/83 his body starts shivering and feels dizzyness sometimes mild and sometimes more than moderate. His triglycerides count is 98. Sometimes when sugar comes to 90 to 100 level also he starts shivering and bp also gets high to 160. I would like to kindly let me know what might be issue with my father. His medications is also uploaded.

Presently I am using Diaset M1 SR tablet manufactured by stadmed private Limited, given in our company hospital. I take Half tablet in morning, Half tablet in the night. HBA1C is 7.1 My dought is the tablet is not working properly. I would like to change the tablet of good quality without impurities. Can you suggest a best quality tablet of same composition.

Actually I had less hemoglobin that is 9.6 so i consulated a doctor and she prescribed me some medicines: 1. Neogadine Elixir syrup - which is very sweet in taste. I want to know whether these medicines is increasing my diabetes. 2. Antoxid capsule From today i am going to start with: 1. Fefol z 2. Arcalion Please let me know if any of these medicines is increasingly my sugar levels. So that i can stop. Currently I used to take Laformine g - only half tablet and my sugar level random will be 140 - 150 range but today it's showing 270.i started taking that syrup from past 3 days.
