Hormonal Imbalances

My mother has diabetes since 17 years, what are the chances of me getting diabetes ? I have a totally sedentary lifestyle and diet isn't healthy either. I'm 21 years, is it too late ?

Can type 2 diabetes cause vertigo, vomiting, excessive thirst, blackout and weakness ? My father out of sudden has episodes of all the above mentioned symptoms and then when I check his Blood Sugar it's always 170 to 180 mg/dl but when there are no such symptoms and he is normal then his blood sugar is around 122mg/dl ? So my question is : Is he diabetic ? And if yes, then should I start with medications or should he go for HbA1C before starting medicines ? In such mild cases which is the drug of choice to control diabetes ? Metformin or Glimepiride ? Please throw some light.

Hi My father's fasting blood sugar value is 70.5 and post prandial is 96.2. Glycosylated hemoglobin 5.8, mean plasma glucose 119.8 Medicine being taken by him - gluconorm sr 1000 once a day, eternex m 1000 (salt metformin 1000 + teniligliptin 20) once a day, since 1.5 yrs. Having sugar since last 15 years. Age 69. He is having BP as well since last 35 years. Medicine taking - tg tor 10, atten d once a day. Please confirm if this is the right medicine for sugar and how to make these values of sugar normal.

Irregular interval of time period. It is happening late .also low discharge occurs. High FSH ,LH & Prolactin.

I feel morning sicknessness badly. Remedy to get rid off it. I feel fatigue and tiredness till noon time.

Dear sir Attcahed proscription Father age 55 since 2 days he feels weakness in body . His sugar was 380 and bp 170/100 He was taking now attached proscription Can he take insulin injection. Becoz doctor never given yesterday can I ask for injection to control pls advice .. thanks

One doctor has prescribed NOVA M 75 for burning and sweating  sensation in the palms .Taking Azaduo along with insulin ..is it causing weight loss..i was 86 kg one year back now I am 73..some times getting anxities and bad moods

Nov 2019 - first detection of hypothyroidism weight-71 kg dose- thyronorm 25mcg Current weight- 61kg, normal TSH levels with continuous above medication Nw wanna stop the dose...shud I go for all T3,T4 nd TSH tests??? Last test ws done in end of Feb 2020 ... Hw to stop this dose completely???

Do fasting need for TSH Test??? Is TSH test sufficient for check for hypothyroidism??? Are T3 nd T4 necessary for this???

Detection of thyroid- November 2019 weight- 71 kg Started medication-thyronorm-25mcg current weight- 61 kg during this period TSH tests were normal always with medication Now maintaining this weight Can I stop the medication??? Plz guide
