Hello, I have hypothyroidism and taking levothyroxine 37.5 mg daily. My built is average with height 5.7 and weight 67. However i want to know can i have soaked fenugreek seeds daily as in it wont make my hypothyroidism worst??? Will it help??

Is Cold intolerance a thyroid problem? Blood tests shows normal but still having cold intolerance. What is the exact problem? Looking for answers from an expert endocrinologist. Temperature: Never goes above 96.5. Never goes below 96. Blood test reports attached.

Hi , I'm 19 yrs old and have type 1 Diabetes since 2 years . I take insulin shots daily 3 times/day. I have observed that my hba1c levels have improved a lot from 10 units to now 5.5 units . So will there be a time when I can stop insulin shots ? I don't eat sugar , rice , oily food etc. My fasting is usually 90-100 .

Lately I am diagnosed with Lean PCOD. The only problem I am facing is irregular periods. My doctor told me to do TSH and PRL test. PRL is normal. But TSH is not normal. Could you please tell me do I have to eat thyroid medicine for my whole life. Please check the report and tell me what should I do. P.S- Can Swollen Lymph nodes also leads to thyroid problem ?

Since past 5 months blood sugar level is fluctuating sometimes high and sometimes normal. We are conducting tests on accucheck instant glucometer..These days readings are 115mg/dl (fasting) and 14mg/dl(2 hrs pp).Need suggestions on should we start medications or just focus on routine habits.
