Hi, I am non diabetic , my weight is not reducing inspite of regular exercise and diet control, I am in menopausal stage please help.

So need to rule out few things like thyroid and other hormonal causes of not reducing weight. So if all test normal need to continue diet and exercise which is sustainable and best way to loose weight.
