I am 21years old 168kg and my height is 176cm from last 3 months I go for morning walk and I have also increase my daily activities but my food is not on time and no proper sleep and I always feel hungry dont know why if I eat 2 chapatis in lunch after 3 hours I feel hungry and I have recently done blood and urine test for
thyroid and everything is normal but still I am not able to lose weight and I am healthy from my childhood but after 5 years I gained weight from 129 -168. So can anyone tell me any real ways to lose weight without harsh side effects because of my weight I feel very low
