My blood sugar levels (fasting)=122
Blood sugar levels (pp)=95. Generally pp level is more than fasting level. Please inform me the reason and treatment. Whether I'm diabetic or non diabetic.

You need to get a confirmatory test done. It is called as hba1c. It will make things clear. As per your fasting sugar level, you can still be prediabetic. It is not always necessary to have pp values more than fasting values.
