Hello I am 20 year old my current height is 164 cm I want to prepare for police service so I want to increase 5cm more height please help me ..

Usually height growth ends by 18 years as the bone fuses at that age. If the bone has already fused there is no chances of increasing the height. Also need to do routine investigations to check if all parameters are normal.
