Height growth using subliminals
Iam 21 year old male. My height is 5.3 (163)cm . Iam listening to height increasing subliminals on YouTube to grow height. Is it possible to grow height using subliminals even after 21+? . I want to add another 3-4 inches to my heigh. Please tell me your suggestions and advices to grow height at 21+. Thank you.

Usually height growth growth is dependent on multiple factors. But growth is usually finishes by 18 to 20. So if ur bones are fused no chances on increasing ur height. So need to do blood test and x ray consult endocrinologist.
