Help Needed to Increase Height
Dear Doctor,
I am 2i years old with a height of 5’6”, and I want to increase my height to 5’9”. I recently came across an Ayurvedic medicine And Height Veda, which claims to help with height growth.
I would like to know if this medicine is safe and effective. Can it really help increase height at my age? Please advise on whether I should use it or if there are any other better options.

Get an xray of long bones done and obtain openion of orthopaedic so check on possible increase in height . No medicine can increase height
