I have got diagnosed with diabetes 3 months back with Hba1c of 6.8. Since then I have done minor changes to my lifestyle. Reduced crabs and keeping out sugar, with light exercise. When I have check my hba1c yesterday it came as 6.3. I am confused. What could I do further to reduce it further and what are my options of reeping it in remission. HBA1c of 6.3 is still prediabetic. So as u are maintaining ur diet and exercise ur HBA1c has reduced to prediabetic range. So to maintain it there need to continue ur healthy lifestyle and monitor sugars regularly as well.
