Again diagnosed with type 2 diabetes
I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes during my pregnancy. Took tablets for tat. Post delivery it went back to normal.again after 1.5 years after my delivery my HBA1C level is 6.5. I'm still breat feeding my kid. Can this be reversed without medicines?

Gestational Diabetes increases the risk of TYPE 2 DM , life style modification it may be slow down the process but practically if are Breast feeding mother it’s hard for you to find for your self may be can hire aye or call your family to help you . So that you start proper life style modification. Medicine can reverse the situation but once you stop it has chance for relapse .
