Fainting and dizziness
In fast 3-4 days he is suddenly fainting and facing dizziness. Average BP is 170-180/ 85-104 Average Suger 160 Please advise

So BP reading is on the higher side and it is diagnostic of hypertension. So pl start low sodium diet, exercise regularly and do routine blood test after results consult and start on medicines for hypertension.
