You will have to check your Sugars and also your blood pressure. Dizziness also because of Spondylitis. If you have high sugar levels are you taking medication and is it working. Speak directly to a doctor so that he can take your history and come to a diagnosis. And yes some tests are needed to come to a definite diagnosis.
