Linaglipin is a DPP4 inhibitor and it controls the post meal sugar peaks. It is a OHA and lowers sugar levels. It is quite safe and do not cause hypoglycemia in monotherapy generally.
If your PPBS is still high then you may need to consult with your doctor again.
