Suggestion for Mild Hypothyroidism
Wantes to take second opinion and so writing this question. My recent  Thyroid test results . TSH of 12.6 and normal T3 and T4 of  130 and 4.6 repsectively and Anti body TPO serum level of 47.6. I came to know this is mild Hypothyroidism . Does this require treatment or can be cured by diet restrictions? Please advise. Dose too if possible.

Yes this is hypothyrodisum. For thyroid disorders there is no dietary restrictions or modifications. So u need to start on medicines for thyroid as TSH is 12 and repeat the thyroid test after 6 weeks.
