I suddenly try to get up from bed. that time my left chest got sharp niddle pain for an instatnt. after resting back on bed for 3sec the pain is gone. now i am feeling no discomfort. what is this condition.

For the past few days I had pain in my forehead cheek and both jaws followed by pain in neck and upper chest area for the past two days. The pain is very intermittent and lasts only for few seconds and goes off it's like aching pain and it doesn't spread pain is defined to that area. Following these symptoms took an ECG wanted to know is there any problem in the ECG
