I have been experiencing strong heart palpitations from time to time for 3 days in a row. I am in my menstrual period right. I need to know if these strong palpitations are related to menstruation or some gastric problem. Do I need to get a physical checkup for this issue?

I am having mild chest pain for past one month. But no shortness of breath or radiating to shoulders. A cardiologist nearby took ecg, tropinin, echo and found that all are normal and it could be a muscle spasm and have muscle relaxant and pain killer. But every morning when i gotup this pain starts. I go to walking and i dont find any discomfort too. This is highly disturbing. Attaching my echo report. Please tell me what could be the issue.
