Heart Problems & Remedies

Just left from centre of my chest, I am frequently feeling little sensations or mild pain for short span. This happens randomly and 2 to 3 times a day. I never used to have these sensations before. These sensations are not needle like in nature but rather something that is very mild or pressurized. During and after sensations I yawn alot and feel a little anxiety. Please help on what should be done.

I am 28 year old and yesterday i went to physician for chest pain there i get my echocardiogram done which shows grade 1diastoles dysfunction and mild left ventricle hypertrophy, is this condition reversible

Dear Dr. I want to know that My Pulse rate is between 50 to 60 , So this is Normal or it is something serious... Sometimes my BP is 140 to 150 for BP I used Equline Ayurvedic Tablet twice a day.

Last week I consulted a cardiologist and done ECG, Echo test and blood test , cholesterol test... Echo was normal and cholesterol LDL is 122 ... One week they gave medicine and still I have the mild pain ... Daily I do walking 30min (3km) Last one week uncontrolled my diet also... Bmi is 31... LDL is 122 Weight is 113kg Height 6ft... My work is work from home... System typing work only... What can I do ?

For my father, who's 54 aged with hypertension. Slight chain in chest and back. Doctor suggested ECG and troponin test. Got ECG results but doctor unavailable. (III,aVF) 611: Flattened T wave (V5) 632: Slight ST-T abnormality (I,aVL) Even though has hypertension, was not taking medication for a month or more. Hoping to hear from the doctors.

I'm 31 yrs old man, I have been doing water fasting for one day in a week since last one year. I do this to remain fit. I am ready to continue this. Is it right to do so? My body feels fit by doing this. Please advise...
