Hi my systolic Blood Pressure remain at 115-130 while diastolic remains at 80-90 sometimes when I eat outside my blood pressure elevates to 145/98 for a day. My CBC, ECG, kidney and liver test are normal. When I take telma 40 my blood pressur drops to 90/75 I cannot take next day medicine as I will suffer from low bp. Am I suffering from hypertension if so why does my bp remains normal for a week or two if I take telma 40 once

Hi, I am a 30 yo male. I have regular issues with breathing. I feel the need to take a deep breath every now and then. I feel my breath gets stuck midway because of which i have to yawn. I also have regular pain in the chest. Not very severe but regular. Especially when i workout in the gym, it occurs even on very minimal workout. My ECG and TMT have been normal. Total cholesterol - 245 LDL - 176 HDL - 43 TCY - 136 VLDL - 28 My blood pressure - 135/85 Height - 6'1 Weight - 94 Lifestyle - sedentary (As quite busy in job) I have fear that heart blockage is created. I had pain in my left side of chest. Pain occurs almost Center of the chest and sometimes left side. Blood pressure elevated to 190/125. And nausea also my left hand was not having strength. Then I went hospital they gave me injection in vein. Taken ecg. It shows s1s2s3 pattern. Is it normal? While sitting and lying down I feeling the pain.
