Especially at night, my heart will beat normally, suddenly, there will be one heartbeat that either beats louder and then it goes back to normal. Feels very different.

I have pain in my chest frequently . When checked by BP was also high. In my blood test report sgpt, cholesterol and uric acid was also high. My ECG and ECHO reports were normal. Having anxiety as well frequently. Please suggest as not feeling well since 2-3 weeks .

Im having lipoprotein A 61.79 mg/dl. and total cholesterol 222 and lipase 93 u/l is it serious? please help me

Hello Doctors. I am having sinus tachycardia and I take nebicard 2.5 mg. My doctor has prescribed to take medicine in the morning by 10am but I find it comfortable to take by 4pm. Can you guide me at what time should I take nebicard 2.5mg for best results.

I have started going fir a walk after a long gap . I am obese weighing 90 kg . I am on bp medication telma 40 and ciplar 10 . But since 2 days when i started my walks my heart rate gas increased and even at rest it us 85-90 . Also after walking it tajes time to come down from 140 to 90 . Approximately 5 minutes . I'm 26 years old and recently discovered that my blood pressure was 140/90. I started taking blood pressure medication on my doctors advice. After doing a full body test, I found out that my uric acid and cholesterol levels were also high, and I began taking medication for those as well. When I check my blood pressure at home, it’s normal, but it’s high when checked at the clinic using a mercury blood pressure machine. Based on this, my changed my medication from propranolol to telmisartan and bisoprolol at night, along with medications for uric acid and cholesterol. I also did an chest X-ray and kidney Doppler test, and my kidney function appears to be normal. However, the tests showed that I have grade 2 fatty liver. I’m non-alcoholic but often eat food from outside. My current weight is 87 kg, and my height is 5'11". Given all of this, I’d like to ask: what can I do to get off medication in the future?

I have pregnancy induced hypertension which has not settled even at 6 weeks postpartum. At 2 pm - a nurse took a reading of 120/ 80 and 124/ 80. At 230 pm - my Gynac took a reading of 140/ 80. At 3 pm, the nurse took a reading of 132/ 80. At around 430, my cardiologist took a reading of 140/ 100. I am currently on Lobet 100 mg twice a day. Which reading should be considered?
