How doctors correctly dignose marfan. From genetic test Or physical examination? What are the criteria for marfan Nowadays no any cardiologist dignose marfan and why it is?

I am having tightness and tickling in chest randomly bp and every thing is alright and i am having sleepiness during day, i also have anxiety disorder can this be the cause or is it a heart problem i am into sports

I have just completed 1.1 around km run in very hot climate, temp around 44. My echo tmt are normal. Cholesterol is also under control. Only issue now a days I'm feeling is skipped beats specially when i lay down. I have gastric issue too. I just want you to guide me is heart okay or shall i investigate further because i have taken numbers of test since past 6 months. 3 times echo and tmt each. Echo is normal with lvef 60. Tmt also negative. But i feel pressure in my chest sometimes and skipped beats. Is it fatal. I have very negative thoughts in mind. I think this will kill me.
