Query regarding heart attack. Related?

Am feeling rather embarrassed asking this and couldn't ask this in person. I had masturbated last night before sleeping and then I woke up after an hour or so feeling heaviness in chest and the need to take deep breaths. There was a mild ache in chest in left side. Like a dull ache. No pain in arm or back. Wasn't feeling nauseous or any sweating. But I couldn't gather the strength to get up. I woke up after another 2-3 hours and am now feeling better. This always happen to me when I masturbate at night and I mostly avoid this but sometimes as a single person sometimes give in to it. Can this be heart related? I have had TMT, ECHO, ECG in November 2023 and had another ECG in October 2024 that came normal.
