Have low Cholesterol of 165Total but high triglycerides at 200 can it be controlled via diet and Exercise

I have recently started doing cardio and strength training. If I do zumba, fast walking, any form of cardio, after that, I get chest tightness, nasal congestion due to which it gets diffcult to breath. During that time, I feel difficulty to speak due to chest tightness. It is taking 1 hour to get back to normal. I can not eat also during that time. What can be the reason? Please suggest.

Yesterday my dad went with angiography . Two days before he was having sudden pain and irritation near upper abdomen and we went to hospital he put injection and pain gone . But after ECG he said please go to cardiology ..I am attaching report please Help me is there any blockage or not .

Hi, My father underwent heart stent procedure as he had heart attack two months back .In first month in a gap of 15 days he had vomiting twice , reports were normal doctor said it was due to gastric problem.Again after one month todAy he experienced vomiting.Im worried he had no vomiting problem before stent procedure.can you please help me if he need to take any other test . ECG ,Echo and trop t was done before reports were normal .

I felt a brief squeezing pain in my heart on the right chest area when I turned to my right side while sleeping. It disappeared as soon as I woke up. Last week, I had an ECG, echo, TMT, and chest X-ray, and all results were normal. Today I was sleeping on right side and felt some sharp pain in chest area. It disappeared as soon as I changed the sleeping position. What could be the cause?"

I am having stabbing or sharp pain in left side chest along with burping. Its coming in intervals. Is it something related to heart. Last year 2d done normal, ECG normal. Blood reports normal. BP tablet minipress xl 2.5mg going on. Is burping a symptom of heart attack
