If my mom has 174 and 92 bp at the morning and already taken medicine at the night 8 o clock Metcy am 25 should we give her again this medicine in the morning when the bp is high on 10 o clock or should give at the same time 8 o clock ?? And can we change from metcy am 25 to 50 to maintain bp in winters?

I have bone pain in my chest if I touch or press them. It started because of pressure used in 2d echo test. Its been 2 days that test is done. Is this normal? Please advise. 2d echo report is normal

Metformin sr 500 mg Myonit sr 2.6 Her latest test report lipid profile, kft, lft, vit b12 and D3 is normal Hba1 c is 5.9 Please suggest what to do because she is having chest pain and sometime in SOS  isodril 5 mg gave relief and sometime not.
