My father is 67 and diabetic he had bypass surgery 12 yrs back now due to low heart beat he got permonant pace maker but after 1 month there was puss in surgical area and now after 5 month of surgery it is still there. Current doctor giving antibiotics but old doctor suggested that off the pace maker for one day check heart beat and then remove pace maker. Please suggest.

Last night my husband had some mid back pain and right side under rib area , so we went to hospital. They took ECG and said ST elevation, probable early repol pattern and borderline left axis deviation (-15, -29). Next they took 2D echo and it is normal.They took blood test troponin and it is also normla. they advised next to take angiogram to confirm thet there is no blockage in heart.is it really required doctor? He had no other symptoms except back pain. He took myospas tablet..and now there is no pain also..is it necessary to take angiogram?

Just left from centre of my chest, I am frequently feeling little sensations or mild pain for short span. This happens randomly and 2 to 3 times a day. I never used to have these sensations before. These sensations are not needle like in nature but rather something that is very mild or pressurized. During and after sensations I yawn alot and feel a little anxiety.
