I have done ECG ,I got below mentioned impression 1.sinus rhythm 2.poor R wave progression from V1 -V3 Is anything serious?

I am having a pain in left hand. Yesterday the pain rotated to back shoulder and sometimes a stabbing pain in chest. I rushed to emergency of a nearby multispeciality hospital. My BP, ECG and troponine blood test was done. Troponine was negative, ECg was normal and BP is 106/73. Doctor said that it is due to muscle pain. After having painkiller the pain goes away for 3-4hrs then again occurs. Is there anything to worry about? As my total cholesterol was 250 and LDL was 171 I feel very nervous too....

The TMT test Interpretation TMT test negative for inducible ischemia. Pls suggest what's the meaning.

I did a 3 day holter monitor and this is the report I got. Do I have bradycardia or not? Please tell me.

Hi , My wife age 28 has taken a health check up recently. In blood reports we see HS CRP value is 16.31 and HDL is 60 and LDL value is 100. Can someone please suggest , do we need to consult a doctor?

After taking corbis 2.5 medicine if I measure bp within 4 hours my bp stays normal...after that my bp increase to 130/90 or 120/90...means diastolic become high to 90... At night I take Enam 2.5... Is always 130/90 or high diastolic 90... Makes heart problem or stroke???? I'm worried....why it not came to normal 80...120/80.

Echo taken one year back mentions Aortic Root 36 mm Dialted Ascending Aorta 46 mm . Repeat Echo taken today due to chest discomfort mentions. Aortic Root 38 mm Ascending Aorta 48 mm  (2 mm increase ) Mild AR Conc LVH . Advised next Echo/CT after 6 months. Is this age related change? Given Concor AM5 once daily and told to ensure systolic bp not exceed 130 mm hg Is this a serious condition.

From last 10 days I am having pain in left side in chest while sleep or sitting position I don't feel pain when I stretch then I feel pain please help
